| AEC Performance, Inc. provides PERFORMANCE EVALUATION services which provide executives with
high level reporting on the performance of their company and affiliated organizations such as sub contractors.

| Because we are a 3rd party organization, and not your business, your clients will tend to take you more seriously and therefore provide accurate, detailed information.

| Our system allows the rater to complete evaluations on line, using nothing but a standard Internet browser, at their convenience.
AEC Performance sends the rater an email requesting the evaluation. If the rater does not fill it out, we will call them and ask for the evaluation by phone or fax. |

You can use our standardized set of questions or you can enter your own. You can use either of 2 types of questions:
1. Scored answers with scores ranging from 1 to 10
2. Open answered questions where the client is expected to type a text answer.

| For scored questions you can set whether or not you want the rater to comment on each question. You can set the system
to ask for comments for ALL questions or you can request comments only for scores below a specific high score. For example, you can set
your evaluations to request comments only if the rater answers the question with a score below '6'.

For emails that are sent to the rater you can use our standard email formats or you can use your own email. You can
set up as many emails as you like.

| You can set the system to notify you when evaluations go out. You can also set the system to notify you as evaluations are
completed. You can set the system to notify you either when ALL evaluations are completed or only if a given evaluation's score
is below a specific score. For example, you can set the system to notify you only when evaluations are completed having a score
below a '6'.

| This service is an On-line, Internet based version of the traditional 'Client Analysis'. Your past clients (2-4 years back) are
requested to evaluate your performance on past projects. You can either request evaluations on specific projects or just
overall performance. For project evaluations you can set project managers so that you can view statistics to compare
the performance of your project managers. |

| This is our most popular service. It provides your clients with the ability to INFLUENCE their ON-GOING PROJECTS. Client
motivation to complete evaluations is high because it's not 'after the fact'. They have an interest in your obtaining the
information NOW so that you can quickly correct any problems that may be developing. |
Evaluations are not limited to clients. You can have your performance evaluated by any of the following:
